might be selling

..get anything but Progressive..I've got 440's on the rear and Progressive springs up front..now while they are better than stock (but not much), if I had it to do all over again, I would save up and spend more money on the other ones listed above, just on the other's reviews from here..
 
Roadster shocks are definitely an improvement over the original ones on my '09 Standard. Ride is still pretty firm but the big bumps don't kick as much. Haven't tried any others, mainly because for every happy camper there seems to be several not satisfied after having spent big bucks. If I'm going to fork out many $00 I want to be certain there'll not only be an improvement, but a big one.

Just a thought; what setting are yours on? I set my old ones on 3 and it made a significant difference comfort wise.

Not all Progressives are alike. I have the 430s and it is a world of difference. I have turned several people onto them and all are crazy about them. Two Harley riders and my buddy with an r3. They have a totally different valving system than the other Progressives.
50 years of riding with twenty plus bikes and a great deal of experience with aftermarket shocks and these are the best I've ever used.

I have the YSS shocks.

The guy that engineered them (so he said) installed them for me.
A German guy, forget his name.
He was based in NJ near the Englishtown Flea Market when I got them 3/4 years ago.
The YSS look identical to Wilbers at 1/2 the cost. Don't know if they perform the same.
They are made in Malaysia or some such Asian sh*thole to cut costs.

No experience with any of the others. But have read good reviews of Hagons many times over. If you can determine which type has the plushest ride, go with that.
