I have a M345T fitted to my 2012 R3 Roadster. The main key (which has the meta remote built into it) has stopped working but the spare fob works fine. So I have changed the batteries in the first one but it still does not work (and the batteries are correct way round).
I could try re-synching the key with the alarm but I am worried that it may cause a problem with the working spare remote fob. Is this possible?
Any other suggestions? (I'm pretty sure the new batteries are sound as they are genuine Sony's)
