the colors i have looking at the original connector you have two rows of wires top and bottom
top row from left to right blue/yellow, red, red/blue, white/blue
bottom row in the fiirst slot you have two wires black/blue, and orange/green , then a blank slot, orange which is still connected , last wire is green total of seven wires, now which of these go where? hey bagman can you draw it up using these colors or do you need more info
they are the same except my bike doesn't have the black w/ blue but it goes with the orange w/ green.
1 is white w/ blue
2 is red w/ blue
3 is red w/ orange ( your calling it red but its hard to tell the colors apart)
4 is blue w/ yellow
5 is green
6 is orange
8 is orange w/ green & black w/ blue
got all the relays hooked up and the bike runs, thats a small victory for me. #11 fuse is still getting hot seems like it might be the running lights i will put them on a relay and see what happens . the **** wires that feed that fuse getting up to 150 degrees
did you tie your driving lights into the accessory light connector under the tank? if not, how did you tie the in?
Under the tank there is a 6 pin 1 row connector that has 3 wires.
purple = always hot - power for lights
red w/ blue = key on hot - power to turn on relay
black = ground - ground for both above
the purple is using fuse 1 (power directly from the battery) and that fuse only feeds accessories.

i had put a lighted swich in that litlle plastc cover where some have relocated the igniton then just ran from battery, then i got the pc8 and ran it on a switched circuit so when i turn the ignition on they would come also had the switch turn them off if i wanted to, now i think i need to run a relay in there some where trying to figure it out now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, yes lights or two wire
if your running the lights off your pc8, it shouldn't cause problems with the main fusebox. your pc8 is already running off a relay so you shouldn't need another one. the only possible problem I see with the setup could be the switch. Is it rated for the current level of the lights?
Another thing to look at would be the wire gauge you are running for this circuit.
there is two brown wires that feed the fusebox even after i installed the three relays those wires are still getting hot real hot the fuse itself i measured at 160 degrees but it was parked in the garage and running so really i dont know what tha hell is going on
