Latest Intercooler/Radiator/Oil Cooler Combo

Here's my new Intercooler/Radiator/Oil Cooler combo from TTS. I have to compliment Richard and his crew at TTS... the workmanship is excellent!

This unit is 1" narrower in overall width than my original unit, and has a removable stone grill for repairs. It also has reinforced sides and pressure relief for the integral oil tank. All in all, I think this is an improved design over the original.

Oil Cooler

Awesome looking, how much does the oil tank hold?
I'm looking into an oil cooler for my normally aspirated
Rocket, do you think this would be of value, reduced oil

This oil cooler is for the supercharger oil or "traction fluid". It would not be suitable for engine oil. I'm also interested in an engine oil cooler... in fact I have an oil cooler mounted between my front fork tubes. Now need to engineer an oil take-off from the engine oil filter base.

I'll post more photos when this new IC/Rad/OC is mounted. The plan is to keep this unit polished, with grill painted black.

Oil Cooler

A Friend of mine, former employer, machine shop owner, major bike builder. While discussing bear claw cut down/mods, I mentioned being interested in an oil cooler for the Rocket. Knocking me off my feet with his reply that he probably had several in the shop that mounted under the oil filter. Will have some more info this weekend when we rework the bear claw. If they meet the Rocket requirements he might make another run of them if there is interest.
