I tried to support my dealer, but last time I went he didn't even have coolant in stock, the parts guy said it's just regular car antifreeze, I told him I don't think so. Time before, he said he could order brake pads, I said yeah, so can I.
Ok other then the worthless cosmetics which the rocket comes with or without why did it take so long? internals are virtually the same on the engine so if that was some of the excuse I would say they are blowing Smoke up your arse . what Ohio dealer should we avoid?
I searched Triumph Dealer Training and Guess what ...... here they are learning to blow and here is the kit for doing it. Seriously .... I have only ever taken my bike one dealer and only once ... he was great but it was after visiting several who were very disappointing. Needless to say after conversations I never visited again. I buy all parts online and depend on this forum for balanced information that I can unbalance and apply ..... Keep it up

The dealer wouldn't release my old parts to me when I picked up my bike , saying they needed a "release" from the insurance company. I talked to Geico , who said that was bs and the parts are my property. I told the dealer this(of course they needed to speak to Geico ) and got my parts back.
I also checked the b/o'd part # and it's not even the saddlebag panier that I was told I was waiting for.
Gonna cancel the b/o and take my cash, which I am sure I will have to argue for.
