K&N's + Bearclaw

Just so people know,

if you put your K&N's on at 45 degrees off vertical (top to the right)

you can (with a little bit of force) fit the bearclaw on top..

I'll post a pic or 2 if anyone wants, but it's relatively straight forward,

direct onto the standard factory fittings etc etc etc, attach at front first and just got to push claw in about 1/2" - 3/4" at rear


for me this is a temporary fix, as I want to get nice tops made for the K&N's and to cut the claw to show em off a bit

yup, angled 45 degrees off vertical with the top of em facing the rear of bike...

pics will only show a bearclaw m8, I'm gonna have a look see in a day or so to make sure there's no chance of damaging filter 3..

but it wasn't like I had to push hard to get the claw back on, was more a firm and positive pressure for 1/2" so I could get the bolt in
