Pardon my ifnorance but,,, after a lot of research from forum members i went ahead and ordered the k&n rx-4040 filters, what they forgot to tell me is that the bear claw was not going to work anymore
What is people doing in this case?
I dont mind running the bike without it but, is the rain going to mess anything up as far as the throttle bodies mechanism? Or will water get inside the filters and into the engine uf i get caught in a downpour like i have before? Pics? Ideas? I am new to high performance and i dont want to kill this engine. Thanjs in advance

What did you do with the coolant reservoir that was in the way of the front filter?

I have a set of uni filter pods if you want to see if they fit then youll know height to order for bear claw to work.

No need for engine bars as it fits to radiator

K&N RU2780 fit under the bear claw...I cut mine for a bit of airflow.
