According to K&N the RU 2780 rates at 191 CFM per filter others have figured it more in the 145 CFM range. If the 240 needs 40.8 CFM per intake then the under claw RU 2780 should provide plenty of air.

I'm not sure how K&N arrived at that number 40.8 CFM for the 240. That just doesn't seem like a number that they would just have on hand. I wonder what Carpenter would say?
Just spoke with K&N support, he told me that 240hp require a minimum of 40.8 cfm, the 4040s flow a lot more than that, i will look for something smaller but for the mean time the 4040s will do
Look at the 4010’s see if they flow enough for you. They do not stick out so far and the claw can be cut to cover pretty well. I’ve only got 203 hp though.
