Is this TPS or stepper motor? or something else altogether

i'm currently running a Hanso tune 20228HEX just wondering if maybe this isn;t the right tune for my bike.

Although his tunes are not specifically for any bike it is not your problem. Sure his are probably a little fat for safety but you probably have the original tps or one of the older ones. I went thru this with mine and no airfilter or exhaust modifications. Same hi idle and it will reset when you shut her off and fire her back up even at highway speeds. A new one and you'll be happy as a pig in a ditch!

Yeah... mine does that occasionally and my TPS has two or three thousand miles on it. I just let it go away of shut the bike off the restart and she will be fine.

Allright just fitted a new TPS and run a 12 min tune then hooked up to tune ECU, so here comes the question are the TPS settings right if not how do you change them? If all good i wont touch.

Did you perform a full ISCV RESET after you installed the TPS? Its the only way to properly set it in sync with the throttle bodies, stepper motor and the map in the ecu.
