Job done, stock R3Roadster 20,000klm C.E.S. Headers and stainless muffler, Ramair filter, 161.08 hp and 160.42 ft-lbs. Check out Rocket science thread for more information. The fit and finish on these pipes is perfect on a Roadster. As mentioned elsewhere they haven't been tried on a standard.
I've never heard of them but I can check them out and ask a few of my friends, if you'd like. I am in Fargo rather frequently so I could neven stop by. I am also interested in a header for a R3 classic.

Yes you can have the header on it's own. You'll have to contact Trevor at Custom Exhaust Specialists for an exact price, so don't hold me to this $1350.00 for headers, $2000.00 for complete system. But as mentioned on the rocket science thread everyone else gets them 10% cheaper than the people in the country where they are made.
Thanks for the dope on "Custom Exhaust Specialists" , Bruce.
There is a possible deal going on over here at a place in Fargo, North Dakota; so, I shall hold for a bit and see what develops. http://www.stainlessheaders.com/index.aspx
I don't really like the carbon heat shield, it does not do much really also when reversing my pants catch the bottom edge and bends it out - but it looks kinda different...
