OH yES I HaVe beeN in tHe uS - a lOt. I used to have to get the Hotels to serve me a pot of "expresso" with breakfast. Of course it was not actually EXPRESSO either. It came close to being coffee though. Tough call to say where I have repeat-ably had the best coffee. German Breakfast Coffee generally hits the right spot though.
