I have a rear on the front too - but mounted backwards - and by choice.

Barbagris, what tire are you using and how is it working out for you?

yeah thats correct. more tread on rear so lasts longer.

you should mount a tractor tyre to the ****in thing. they have lots of ****in tread.

any reason you know more about tyres than a tyre manufacturer or more about your bike than its manufacturer?

just fit the best quality tyre that is the correct size and ride it. if you cant afford the fuel, tyres and safety gear give it a break and save up.

the tread is designed to shed water so if you put it on backwards it might want to hydroplane.
