The email address I used was missing a bit so that's why it bounced. We will see what happens

Thank you for your email; I am no longer the factory tour guide so therefore am unable to help you, currently we are not conducting tours so would not be able to accede to your request. Factory tours will be reintroduced in the future and we will put details of how they can be booked on the website at that time. I’m sorry that we cannot provide you with the opportunity to view the factory in April.
