How do I remove Saddle Bags?

After taking them off and on a couple of times, I have it down to 10 minutes turn around. The hardest part was sourcing the fine thread bolts for when the bags aren't on as the bag bolts are way too long without the brackets. Problem is, I could only find them in black and I really wanted Stainless / Silver.

Did you try West Coast Fasteners in Balcatta,they have every nut/bolt imaginable? Or otherwise the dealer should have them,a set of each came with my bike

I tried Mandurah Bolts as I am down this way. The guy reckons he was out of the 8mm in stainless. They were ordering some in, I should drop in and see if they have them now.

Otherwise, it is probably time to have the bike in for a service. I have only done 1000km but it has been well over 12 months between services.
