About a year ago I posted a thread about annoying vibrations in first and second gear in my new 2024 GT. Some of the feedback made me think it was the factory tune that caused that, or made it worse. Today I flashed the Penner tune and can say for sure that it was the factory tune. After the flash the annoying, shuddering vibrations are gone. All that is left is faint whispers of engine pulses that normally come from an inline triple. Not annoying at all. Such a huge improvement. As far as I'm concerned, the Penner tune fixed it.

Not to mention the improvement just in general in those two gears. Better power delivery all around and annoying vibrations gone.

So this is great... that alone would make the tune worth doing. But HOLY MOLY what this tune has done for anything in any gear in the 3000 to 6000 rpm range! It's freakin unbelievable. You can get a "WOW!" moment anywhere you want in that range and you're not even close to wide open throttle. It's amazing. I will never need another performance upgrade.

I thought the bike was awesome before the tune flash but now... just so much fun I don't even have the words. It's like having a girlfriend you already thought was hot but somehow just got hotter.

Thank you @Penner !!!!

I did a self modified tune on my '23 GT. Very happy with results. I guess I owe it to myself to load the Penner Tune to feel the difference.
I did the 100% mod on the sport tune and that improved throttle response in higher revs. The Penner tune improves it across the board.

From memory here is what I did to the Sport and Road ETV tables for better throttle response and full open butterflies. I made sport slightly more aggressive than Road. In Sport the butterflies open sooner and go to 100% in 2 columns. In Road it is little more docile with delayed opening and only open butterflies 95% in the last column. Added 10% fuel trim. Added just a little timing advance in a few cells in the higher rpm range. Removed the speed limiter. Changed the AFR so it would be a little richer. These changes made a significant difference and I have to be careful not to spin the rear wheel in 2nd gear.

I might like to try yours sometime.
