They did look like Triumph mirrors ! Dear little thing looked like " BRUM " .
We approached with a cautious politeness , after noticing he wasn't alone . There were a couple of sport type models parked around the corner , obviously belonging to his footsoldiers , who were milling around the reduced items counter heavily armed with walking frames . These were the ones we kept an eye on mainly obviously , There was a lookout at the entrance to the car park, we noticed him as he had slightly thicker glasses and a non NHS spec hearing aid and single cane .
meanwhile , the ladies were at the main counter buying blue rinse and checking their lottery tickets . I think it would have gone very bad , very quickly for us had we shown any sign of disrespect ?
We were definately outnumbered ! Had we attempted a theft , I believe we probably wouldn't have got too far past the first set of traffic lights ?

probably had an immobilizer on it....you would have only got a couple of hundred yards away and would have been surrounded by alot of bewildered grey haired folk in about 3 days flat!!....with scones and cups of tea!!
