I’ve had people ask how I got the R3R down to 700lb race weight, now you’ve found the lions share

With money as no object, something around 650lb wet would be achievable.
 
Lots of ways to shed weight off the Rocket, as mentioned the stock exhaust weighs a ton.
Carbon Fiber wheels
Shocks
Headlights -change to LEDs save a few grams
Remove all the emission crap-for those with no state test.
Change all fenders, side covers, to carbon fiber
Before long your bike will be as light as a feather along with your wallet.
The cheapest ways to lose weight is to go on a diet.
 
I recently switched to a single exhaust, and the weight difference of the 2 mufflers, brackets and the crossover pipe was just shy of 30 pounds!
