Jeremy you don't want the lugging V twin sound, you want the triple howl, like an old trident but on steroids. Still no one will want to ride behind you, but no matter, they wont be able to catch you.

I am fine with not having the V twin sound. I just want something a little louder than the stock I have. Right now I cannot dump money into a Carpenter Exhaust system or anything, but eventually will. For the mean time, i was just wondering if the baffles could be taken out.

In all actuality, I am not sure if the pipes that came on this are stock or not now that i think of it.........what do stock ones look like? are there any markings on them if they are or are not stock?

The part number is stamped on the tire side towards the end of the cans I believe.

There is no good way to remove the baffles, as, it’s a chambered and baffled system that also includes cats.

Okay what Steel said makes sense:D silly me thinking that you thought the Rockets were quiet well in stock form they do sound like a high powered sewing machine:eek::D
Here is a picture of the Carpenter Sidewinder Full Exhaust System, the Carp system is a 2" system which seems to be the largest on the market just now.

For a reasonable number of duckets, @Paul Bryant can do up a "catbox" removal crossover I believe, the picture named 20180307_194609. That little box does really bad things to both flow and sound.

2 questions then.....what does it take to take that cat off.

And looking at the pictures, I can' take that 1 screw out and take the baffle/silencer out?
