Where are EBC's made? With Harley Davidson's a lot of after market rotors are made in china. The ones made in the USA are about twice as much but are better made. A lot of the cheap China #rap is not even heat treated correctly and warp. That looks horrible.

I didn't know the stock ones were made of stainless steel. A magnet sticks to them rather well. I think the consumer should be warned about rust
Not ALL Stainless Steel is Austentic. & I worked in marketing for long enough to know that if it does not specifically say something then the converse is probable. There are "tricks" to stop Cast Iron rusting. But takes patience.

Good word, austenitic!

I haven't really looked at the other side yet. I hope to pull it back off tonight. I'll take some more pics. It looked odd around the holes before I installed it. I'd never seen an EBC rotor in person so was not sure what the norm is.
that would concern me some too

Here is a pic of the backside of the rotor. Same weird look by the holes. Sanded the piss out of the old rotor and reinstalled. Much better stopping power. I'm thinking the EBC missed an operation or two at the factory.
