I have an 08 R3T and started experiencing ignition switch failure symptoms last fall.
I am about to order an EB fuse panel and headlight relay kit but was wondering about my Triumph auxiliary lights.
Do they also overburden the ignition switch? is there an EB kit for them as well?

If they were plugged into the aux socket, no. The headlight cicuit is unique because it's a cost cutting design. The EB kit corrects the design flaw. Note the kit would be unnecesary if Triumph used heavier switch poles and larger diameter wires for heat dissipation. Simple but higher cost.

The R3T is pre-wired for the aux lights and they are indeed on a separate circuit. The single headlight unit from EB is all you need. And it fits easily inside the headlight shell.
