That's a huge gain adding the crossover and map. Was the map that bad or did the crossover help that much?
This is what I am trying to ascertain , my dyno tuner wrote a custom map via the pcv .
Altho real linear , the final figure is not as impressive as Penners !
 
Don't compare numbers. His Dyno is shaped right and smooth as it should be.

169PS = 166HP
5th gear pulls are known to make bigger Dyno numbers
Euro dynos tend to be in STD not SAE

It doesn't mean his tune isn't good, or his bike isn't less fun, but just factors that make dynos comparable. It's a good result, I reckon on a US Dyno it'd make around 150-155whp SAE, right where it should be with those mods and a good tune in cold weather.
 
The rwhp is 158.
A stock Roadster with a good open map will make about 138 hp (at clutch) on my dyno.
So the gain is about 30 hp and 20 nm with these modifications.
