Taking the two tone to TNT performance for a dyno tune. It currently runs a hanso tune, its good, it seems like its running rich. but a dyno tune will get the v/e perfect or as good as the bike will do anyway. So off to Konrad!

workin on it. Everything that has needed changing was in a box when I bought this bike so thats been a plus, as, coils and leads went to trash, cap nuts on coils again cracked just like mine did, plugs, fuel filter, fuel rail dry rotten, (check your fuel lines on older bikes) remove and clean throttle bodies, install cleaned oem set of injectors, clean ram air. tps only goes to 87.5% when you crack throttle, engine off. so were workin on that and onto tune. Lot to it that needs to be right when we go to dyno tuner.

Here is a rookie list. Throttle bodies clean and lubed. Air filter clean. New spark plugs, check caps on lead wires at coils that they are not cracked., and check coil connectors Fuel filter and injectors clean?. If the wires are older or spark plug boots dry and shrivled, replace as when engine heats Konrad thinks they try to pull off plug or wiggle enough not to be perfect signal. Overall safe and everything working correctly. These things need to be right for tuner or they have to to do the job. Konrad rides as part of the tuning so he looks at everything.

Remove calipers and clean pistons. Replace pads. Make sure the stabilizing springs are set right. There are two in the back caliper and they rust. Decontaminate rotors. Bleed brake lines. Remove rear drive. Drain drive oil and renew. Clean and lube the splines to final shaft and to wheel gears. Drop the oil pan and change the screens. New oil and filter. Clean case breather in back of motor. Clean and lube battery terminals. Check torque on calve cover. Detail and polish rims while they are off the bike. Remove shock absorbers, detail and retorque them. Easy way to remove the rear wheel is to take shocks off and drop the swing arm.

Unless youre selling the bike😉
