Thanks, that does set me at ease a bit. I just got back from the dyno too. I was very surprised when the numbers came back. 135hp at 5500 and 149 tourque at 2200!! I think the pipes still glow but Im not as concerned now. Thanks again all!

Well in my case, the bike was driveable without at tune but has the pops on decel. I got the general "cat box removed" tune and the dealer said it would be alright. It wasnt. I later found out that whatever tune you put in there, the bike wont be affected by it under 3000 rpm due to the o2 sensor I think. That has to be deactivated. So the very best way to go is to get a custom map, via power commander which eliminates the O2 sensor. Im not sure about the tuneboy. BTW theres a powercommander on ebay for 269.99 NEW. Checkit out.
