Comfort Suspension Kit

I hear the touring suspension gives a much more compliant ride. What's the difference between the suspension on a standard or classic rocket to the touring model.

Is it longer or the same? Better springs? Less pre load but more rebound damping?

Has any one compared them?

Triumph offers the Touring shocks for the Rocket in the comfort touring suspension:

Though the shocks are one of the first things replaced on the standard and classic models, I have not read anything on these. Most just go with Progressives or other aftermarket brands.
