There are some strongly worded opinions about some of the posts by a few individuals on the .com site. Don't let the vitriol and bad-mouthing prevent you from finding out the information. In the end it's all opinion until you put the money down and get the product to test for yourself. Bewteen turbo and supercharger (about the same costs) the supercharger has more advantages. The Carpenter setup doesn't use either, just puts your motor into the sweet spot of high performance engines (instead of the tractor engine delivered from the factory). You'll get something on the order of 11 to 1 compression (vice the stock 8 to 1 (or there-abouts)), high lift long duration cams, ported and enlarged heads with multi-angle valve seats, stronger valve springs, etc. Basically turning the power loose from 2300 cc's without the factory political correctness.
Bottom line, your money, spend it how you like.
