Beringer AeroTec Finally Available?

I tried to buy these sleek Beringer Aerotec 6 puck, 2 pad calipers last year, but Beringer France refused to ship until they had sold off their stock of their earlier clunky 6 pad calipers. Looks like they may finally be available. When coupled with Beringer Aeronal Rotors, they'll provide superior braking for faster R3s.



They're made to fit an R3 with no mods, and will look FN hot with my blue flames!

Oh dear lord give me a break.

I wish you would stop posting the equivalent of **** for bikers in an easily accessible place. This is nothing short of irresponsible to those of us with limited budgets, families and mortgages to pay.

OK I give up. How much do I have to get for my daughters to pay for the callipers and rotors?
 
Calipers are $577 USD, and Rotors are $457 USD... each.
 
Red is the standard color, it takes about 2 weeks to get blue ones from France. If anyone else is interested, I've negotiated a 10% discount code at Euromotoaz.com that should be good for a while.
 
The AERONAL DISC

The cast iron rotor allows a faster dissipation of heat than stainless used by most manufacturers (because of the lower cost). Beringer has also developed a grey cast iron alloy and special heat treatments that assure total reliability of the disc even in very hard conditions. The cast iron rotors are covered with a anti corrosion "aluminium plasma".

A 20% saving of weight: the disc can reach much higher temperatures and can be used with sintered pads, thanks to narrow braking surfaces without holes. The hub is manufactured out of a high performance aluminium alloy , used in aeronautics. The gyroscopic inertia is appreciably reduced by the use of narrow braking surfaces and 6 bobbins instead of 12, improving the manoeuvrability of the bike.
 
Hombre, are you planning to use Beringer's clutch and brake lever/master cylinder assemblies as well? Any idea how one might integrate those with existing switches, given they are part of the OEM clutch/brake assemblies? I see they sell a switch kit, but at $6 it can't be much...

Also, I see that German site listed above offers these parts with optional chrome finish, but the AZ site and Beringer catalogue do not list chrome as an optional finish--have you seen/heard any other reference to these being available in chrome?
 

The Beringer clutch and brake levers are true works of art... I wish I could use them! But the R3 needs all those switches, and at this point it's too much work to try and fabricate custom switches just to use the Beringer levers. I have seen photos of the polished chrome calipers in previous Beringer catalogs, but not in the recent one.
