I'm ordering a new Roadster Rocket for the new year and I have a question about the latest model. On the Triumph website and in the promotional pics they have black wheels with the outside lip in stainless steal. However in the shop the bike has just parts of the wheel blades in black. Its the matte colour which is the latest one.
Can anyone clear this up. The completely black wheels look awesome.
Boudreaux just got his 2014 matte black and it has the wheels with just the black on the blades. The New Orleans dealer is getting him the black rims from the website.
I have the '13 roadster with the gloss black or phantom black and red stripes. The wheels are all black except for the lip as you mentioned is bare metal, aluminum I believe.

Boudreaux has a matt black bike so may be only the phantom black and red stripes are the only ones that come with the all black wheels except for the lip as you mentioned?
