Check your battery voltage under load if you don't have high enough voltage it will not start. Try jump starting it with your car. I agree with a little hot shot if it don't start with that you prob don't have spark. Good luck

I've read every post in this thread. It's people like me that make a dealer smile. All of you have made me so confused that I couldn't find my ass with radar.

My point is that I'm so mechanically maladroit that I have to go to a dealer for even the most simple "things." They make mucho dollars off me and people like me. Now, if anyone out there needs help bore sighting a tank (as in armored tracked vehicle with a big gun), I'm your man. Semper Fi.

Ok just to let you know if you have triple filter and want to check the to see if you have a plug spark it is easiest to lift the tank and pull on out of the #3 cylinder then hold/lay it on the exhaust manifold. I also agree with having enough batter juice it is essential on engines with electronic ignitions, fuel injected and strangled with sensors 
I also agree with getting tuning software for maintenance without it you would not have been able to do anything with the tune anyway.
Unless you bought tune boy and Wayne used that but it sounds to me like you have not got there yet when it comes to any software to the Rocket. I would put that on my list if I were you.
Oh I see your in a nice area of Kentucky I have kin folk just south of Jenkins on 23 in Pound.

I'm only 20 minutes from Jenkins I wish there was someone close that had some knowledge on these bikes
