2005 Rocket 3 front wheel spacers

2005 Rocket 3 classic
Hi I recently purchased a used 2005 rocket 3 and right away it needed tires. I removed the front wheel and noticed there was only 1 front wheel spacer but the tire looked center and also the brakes. After doing some research everything Ive read says there should be 2 spacers. Has anyone else ran into this?
 
Here's how it was when I bought it. Theres def no spacer and it rode fine. Wouldn't i notice in how it rode if a spacer was missing that was supposed to be there? Im not saying your wrong I just want to make sure im buying the right parts. Lol
 
This is the diagram of the front wheel assembly:


There isn't a spacer on the side with the speedometer hub, the speedo hub is the spacer. The parts list for the front wheel assembly only list 2 spacers, parts 5 and 11. The speedometer hub and cable are on the left side of the wheel when sitting on the bike. There should be two tabs on the hub that mate to slots in the oil seal if memory serves.
