Finding R3 risers is kind of a tough proposition. Triumph Thunderbird risers are supposed to work. I believe at least one member here has used them successfully. They look different but get the job done. You may have to do a tedious search to find the thread that talks about using them.
Care needs to taken as many aftermarket eBay items have 1/2" American thread bolts which are too wide for 10mm bolt holes in the R3T triple tree.
The Thunderbird ones are from the Storm era models in chrome and black with 10mm metric threads. They had std and taller angled ones. I have a factory black set in the shed somewhere.

The Thunderbird / Speedmaster ones T2049235 - RISER HANDLE BAR for the black ones
work great on R3Tourings and are readily available from Triumph dealers still.
As they are much longer than stock R3T ones I used the accessory billet top clamp to ensure extra solid . There are two versions:
