2009 Rocket 3 Touring... in Alberta Canada
Hey friends, I've been on here the last couple weeks taking a look around and asking a couple of questions. But I'm finally happy to report I have become a Rocket 3 owner......so very excited for spring.
I started off with a 1984 Honda Sabre many moons ago and graduated to the Kawasaki Voyager for a few years, unfortunately I then had a few years bike-less.....did the sled thing and ATV thing. Biking bug got me and I bought a 2005 Suzuki Intruder (1500)...then the Suzuki M109 (1800) came out and I upgraded to that...two years later in 2008 they introduced the burnt orange color and I opted for that. Rode it until 2011 when I purchased a Victory Cross Country. Sold that last year and have been looking for a replacement. The M109 had gobs of torque, but I sacrificed that for more creature comforts of the Vic. Now, from what I have seen I'll have those Gobs of torque AND creature comforts..........my biggest concern is the idea of buying a bike with snow already on the ground up here in Alberta...it will be a looooong time till spring.
