NEW PAN REAR VIEW GOOD PHOTO.jpg
It's a complete custom build based on bikes I rode in my teens and twenties. The frame is a 1970 front half and a 1957 rear half. We built these frames in a shop I worked at in 1964 out
of 1958 and later frames. The motor is a 93 cubic inch Panhead replica built by S&S, actually like an EVO inside. Hydraulic rear drum brake replaced the mechanical rear drum brake of
1957, we thought that was a real upgrade but we still didn't run any front brake. The gas tank is made from genuine early Panhead tanks that are narrowed and welded together. The
front forks are 1930's VL springers that have been extended 2 inch's. The bike has a magneto ignition and no battery. The oil tank that once held a battery has been modified and now holds over 6 quarts of oil. Its still started with a kick starter. The bike brings back many memories for me. I will ride it occasionally mostly locally or to a show.

Amazing build... Love the magneto ignition. Different, but for a similar reason, my 1970 Buick GS455 is running with the original points distributor... no electronics.
