Wifey vs. Speedmaster

Dave,

I would have her take another riding course maybe. It would help her confidence and save your nerves. I do not know if you have any H-D dealers that offer the Riders Edge but it is a very good training course. You just have to block out the H-D b...S... My wife was dropping her bike and doing really silly stuff when she started about 11 years ago and she took the ABATE course and it was night and day. She has ridden one of our Rockets to Florida so she has picked up well.

Good Luck
Bill

Thanks bill . . that may be a good option. There is a very active ABATE chapter here locally so I may be able to find something with them. It may work out better for both of us if someone else works with her. I get nervous when she rides and she gets nervous when I tell her how to ride.

And . . welcome to the forum. :D

#1 rule back when I was teaching MSF courses was that I would NEVER, EVER teach my then wife how to ride. She took the course from someone else and we rode happily ever after (sort of, until she...well never mind...).
