I have been trying for months to get Deb used to riding on two wheels and there seems to be some kind of mental block there . . not that she's uncoordinated or anything. She's a good driver and very smart . . she just doesnt seem to remember all the parts of riding at once. You know . . the feet down part with the brakes and clutch part. I actually went and bought her a 250 rebel to practice a little more on . . you know, the confidence thing, but that hasnt really worked either. Although it's easier to catch before the fall when things dont quite come together. She really wants to ride but . . . kinda scares me sometimes. I've talked to Flip about a sidecar for the Speedy and have given up that idea (I used to have a 250 Jawa with a hack) and am now thinking trike. Anyone have a suggestion on something affordable?
I think that if I took out the feet down part, she could get it. She used to do fine on our old Honda ATV three wheelers . . .
