Who knows what kind of pipes these are?

I'm not surprised that you figured out in mere minutes, Mr. Warp. Do you think they'd make a decent slip on until I get new headers? He wants $330. I already have the cat bypass, but I suppose I could just take it out and attach it to the down-pipe from the headers
I agree with Paul Bryant on having to do some modifications to get to match up with the OEM header. Personally I would stick with what you have until you can get a complete system. Did you ask the guy where the rest of the system was? They do have one of the best rumbling sound of all the systems I have heard yet they are distinct. (Not that others are bad) I still have a set in the basement off my 05 when I went to the 3-1 megaphone style.

Have Jardine's full system on my Rocket - just brilliant. Sound is seismic. Good thing I'm a geologist....

Don't see why you couldn't adapt those Jardine pipes and cans to a standard manifold. Shouldn't be to hard for an exhaust shop to cut & shunt?

You will have trouble matching that up to any header other than the Jardine unit that it was made to match with, unless you are going to cut it up and adapt it to the header that you have.
PAUL do you know the weight of a complete stock exhaust system with the header

Not off hand Art, but I did read one post that a guy (WillTill) hung the entire 3 muffler system on a set of scales and it was around 50Lbs, 23Kg (from memory).
I have a pair of Stock Roaster Silencers here in the office, the pair weigh 33Lbs, 15Kg I have a stock Roaster cross over pipe and header in the workshop, I'll get a weight on them later in the day.
I also have a pair of stock Touring Silencers here, they weigh 26.4 Lbs,12Kg for the pair.

Well, upon the advice of a wise gentleman on this forum, I am going to give up on the idea of buying a slip-on or piecing together a used system. I'm going to save up and get a nice new full system when I can. (It gonna be a while). Until then, I'm curios about just drilling through/removing the baffles in my 3 pipes. '05 standard. Anyone have any experience or advice on this?

If you are interested, I'm in the development process of a twin Silencer system at present.
This will fit both the Roadster and the Classic.
I've designed this to slide straight onto the stock header, and also to my Free Flow Header.
I am building my own Mufflers to go with this so as to supply a complete "bolt on" kit.
Also I'm setting this up so you can buy any of the individual components, Header, Cross over, or Mufflers separately, or as a complete Exhaust system.

Below, early development photos.
No pricing as yet.

Hell yes, I'm interested! Please let me know when this is available. That's exactly what I'm looking for.

Will you be building this system as a twin silencer? This is stunning.

That is my header finished in the Satin Black, with a Rinehart muffler fitted by the owner John who is in Utah.
I, along with many others thought exactly as you, that this is one good looking system.
Soooo, this is part of my development, to build this "Rinehart style" muffler.
You can see in the photo below that I have pressed the cone and the beginning of the barrel of the muffler out of one piece of tube.
This is the first use of the tooling, so still a bit of development to go.
The finished product will have the inlet tube, cone and barrel (of the muffler) all pressed from the one piece of tube, no welds, no joints.
