White freakin wall . . .

My stock tire is a 240/50 not sure how much difference the taller tire would make but I have thought about white walls.
Details please?

12 mm taller on the radius (so I was told by the same guy that said W was for the touring)

White walls might look pretty good, but IMHO just one would be lame.

Yes of course, one would be lame. I would think a front would be easier to find.

I wasnt PLANNING on buying a white wall . . evidently I wasnt paying attention to the tire I ordered and I know there has to be some way to cover up the whitewall. It is for the Suzuki 109, when I asked a friend in the MC parts business what the W was for he told me it was listed as for the touring model and had a higher weight rating. So . . I ordered it.

I got that, not sure if everyone did... give me the details and maybe I'll take it off your hands. I'd like to check the availability of a matching front.

Well . . it seems MC Superstore may have sent me the wrong tire. Right size, but I DID order a blackwall. Too late to call today so . . tomorrow is another day.

Believe I'd either send it back, or order a matching WW for front.
Hmmm...a WW tire?...maybe on a touring, but no way otherwise.

I called and they didnt even have a number for a whitewall . . They wanted it, so I had to send it back so I can get the correct tire. Nice tire though. When I get the new one I'll let y'all know how it works out. 189.00 is reasonable for a rear tire I think. At least it will be if I get 12-15,000 out of it. Lonnie has one on Blackie so thats at least 2 out there.

I cannot remember a whitewall on an M109. Anywhere. Glad they exchanged it for you. Let me know how it rides. I'm looking at options for the next tire but that's a ways away now. Well...we'll see.

Not the M109, the C109RT - might be called the VLR1800T over there. The C109R has black tyres but the 'T' has studs on the seats, white walls etc.
