the depth of sheer stupidity from some people makes me wonder how many are out there with deadly weapons such as car truck, RV etc etc and we have to navigate among them!!

She a learner driver ???????,no L plates,no driving instructor,no duel controls....Here in the UK when you are learning to drive you have to display an L plate sign then when you have passed your driving test some display a green P plate..this is so you know to give them a second look..
