What's is a good cable lubricant

It's getting time to lube the clutch and throttle cables, what is the best lube to use.

I use a Teflon lube spray with a cable oiler block I have had since 1976 In fact I just used to day while fitting the longer Classic cables I ordered some time ago but decided to fit while fitting the Bars Mitch generously gave me now I just have to wait for the new levers and grips to come, which I am expecting in the next week or so and then I will be able to take my baby out for a run

what grips are you getting?

I gotta say i was in shock when i read the name of the thread A FOOD CABLE LUBRICANT wtf laxetts probably do the job mate
