As soon as I started running the bike after the installation, I noticed a significant uptick in seat temperature. I'm guessing this will be appreciated in the cooler months.

Have you found a repeatable-sharable heat shield/deflector combination of which you speak ?

I was totally convinced I'd posted photos - but they're not in the Albums. But it's a dead doddle. I made the undertank part using some kevlar/nomex honeycomb board offcuts I was given - but pretty much anything insulating could be used - as long as it's heat resistant. The Stage2 design is fitted - I'll photo stage one tomorrow after work and explain further. The lower ones are just some perspex sheet mounted on the front crash bars with cushioned P clips.

Here you go. There are two small screw holes that you simply drill to align with the two brackets near the injectors that hold the outer plenum in place. With a RamAir there´s nothing more. Mine is covered in heat reflecting foil backed fibre-glass - because I have some. Really NOT Rocket Science.
