well here in Belgium its mandatory to wear an approved helmet, longe sleeves, long pants gloves and shoes that cover your ankles and I'm glad it is like that actually but it leaves room for not being so safe cause legally appart from the EU approved helmet you could wear a long sleeve t-shirt, linnen long pants, all star shoes and surgical gloves and that makes you within the law but you would be fooling yourself. I always wear my full gear, and good that I do cause it saved my life when an 18 wheeler came on the road without warning right in front of me doing when 40mph, I put my M1800R to the ground on its left side so the bike would be between me and the semi, the extra shel/insulation was damaged on the helmet (see pics)
Yes I have 6 different helmets just because I am different and kinda match a helmet to the bike I drive, the 2 I showed in opening post match the color of my R3 very well, I'm working on a new design like the warmachine (ironman) helmet in the 1st post pic (have a second one in mat black), I'm designing/3D printing a new front in the shape of the T800 skull, color will be stainless steel like and will also match my R3 very well
