West Aust numberplates

...and I'll bet the ANPR systems scream at the cop driving, if they can't read a plate like they expect to.....

Big u-ey, much disco lights, kick up arse.......plus fine for obscured plate, and prolly some extra fine if you've got a flipper or infra-red gadget on....

No bloody sense of humour any more.................

But fixed cameras cannot chase one, can they...????

A big U-ey???? Ruzzle you've either mounted your plate to the wrong end of your bike or you're riding backwards......:roll::roll:

Given that Rockets aren't the most common bikes on the road, I reckon it would only take 2 or 3 runs through the same fixed camera or toll way with an obscured plate before they sat and waited for you to go through again. These would only be good on roads you don't normally travel and even then not worth the aggravation if you got caught with it.

Get Catherine to lean back and cover my plate whenever we're going down the Motorway .. done it every time she's been on the back ... they haven't twigged yet. Maybe Big Brother ain't quite as clever as he'd have us believe.

Here's my solution to fixed speed cameras, I've trained this bird to fly in front of the cammera at the exact moment. The birdcage on the back of my Rocket means I have to leave the missus at home though.:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

The local HWP cars have six cameras, three facing forward and two facing back. They getcha even if you DO ride backwards....

Learnt over the years to not trust crows or pigeons .. won't go into the sordid details here ( maybe Final Drive be ok ) .. just don't trust anything with feathers these days :cautious:

when they bring in the point to point you are going to have to get a set of knobbies - let me know when you want to go for a ride then, whatever I'm doing I'll cancel it and be there............right behind in the ute!

I have to go through a point to point every day. I general stick pretty close to the speed limit there anyway but don't take any chances. Where the cameras are located I either ride down the centre line between the sensors in the lanes or go around them - there's a gap on the side of about a foot and in one spot going home it's about 4 feet. I know it works because a) I haven't had any tickets and on a few occasions I've really 'tested' it and b) saw a cycle cop do it when he was obviously giving his brand new FJ1300 a work out. I do need to careful in one place because they've recently revealed the road and you can see where the sensors actually are any more.
