It leaked a little around the gear selector shaft when I got it. I have a shop manual for it. "Grab the little roll pin with needle nose pliers and pull it out". Ya right. Took me hours to get that little cog sucker out ! Pan didn't have any pieces in it and just a bit of "silt". Fluid was nice and red and didn't stink. Changed the fluid and filter whilst I was in there. Thanks for the offer. If it ever poops it's dress, I'll look you up.
Had to build a platform for my floor jack. Got the bike up and anchored wheel off and even the tire off the rim (that was fun). Now just have to wait for the new tire. Only question how critical is the balancing and if not should i pull off the wieghts that are on it now?

Most tires I've seen lately have a colored circle on them that is to be lined up with the valve stem when remounting. They must make the tire a little lighter in that area. I would leave the weights on it and try it. When I had my tires replaced recently, I noticed when I put the front wheel on the bike, but before I put the calipers back on, that it had a definite heavy spot. Had it been the back I would have taken it back for a re-balance. I figured the front is pretty easy to take off if it wasn't right. Took it out and ran it up to 120 mph and it was smooth as silk. The problem with the rear is, if it does shake, it's a lot of work to take it back out and have balanced.
Thanks guys. Think im gonna see if anyone has the beads around here kinda doubt it though. If i cant find any ill put the new tire on for now and order the beadsto put in later. I realy want the bike ready by monday so i can take a ride next week.
