He admitted it was financed would not give me vin . insisted n cash. I would have gone to the bank and sorted it there .

I am now guessing it is
S M T T L C O 2 4 6 F 6 'X' 4 5 4 4

Where 'X' is unknown and 'LCO2' is 'R3R with ABS' and '46' being the 'RocketX' identifier.

Sonny's USA 'RocketX' VIN is SMTCO2L46FJ698125 Engine vin 3699527 Made in 01/15

An Aussie one is slightly different we have an extra 'T' at 4th position and lose the USA/Canada 11th check digit
The US and Canada have the 'L' after and Aussie /UK have it before the model code.
