Utopia backrest for R3T

Hi guys. I finally got around to ordering and installing a Utopia back rest. It didn't take too long and its pretty straight forward. You will want to have a staple puller to get the seat cover off and a pneumatic or electric staple gun to put it back on.
 
Can you do the install without removing the seat cover? Seems like you should be able to just stick the knife straight through the cover and the foam if you’re careful and steady.

No. You need to pull the cover and foam to bolt it down. Its really easy. Just have to buy a few cheap tools.
