US penner tune for 2022 r3 GT

I've never used TuneECU before, but noticed the US version does NOT say no restrictions, yet the non US version says No restrictions. So is the US version still restricted and how do you unlock the top speed? Again never used Tune ECU but plan to.

Don´t worry about the name.
The US map has full power, but still the speed limiter. (Like all the other unrestricted maps).
You have to pay a fee to Tune ECU to get rid of the speed restriction.

You can get gains by using TuneECU to give full power (remove factory limits) in Sport mode. There are Youtube tutorials about "unleashing the beast" that will add about 30 HP. When you do that be aware the EFI adaptations are reset and you'll lose cruise control until you run the 'switch check' to ensure all the CC inputs are functioning. (Happened to me, you'll see a DTC saying cruise is disabled until the switch check is done). After you've uploaded the map changes in TuneECU just squeeze the front brake, activate the back brake, roll the throttle full off, and then toggle the CC's functions. The cruise will work normally after that.
