Thanks for the tip but I'm not looking for a big performance boost at this time. NOS is way over my head and pocketbook anyway. I'm a touring rider that likes to have fun every once in a while so I want to keep my mileage and reliability.

Then, the underseat K&N is what you want. Won't adversely effect fuel mileage and lasts the life of the bike.

It a few bucks more than the stock dry pleated filter, that's it.
