Unable to read map, cable driver timing out.

Desparately trying to read my map so I can get the idle up from a ridiculous (stalling frequently) 600rpm, but I only get 80% through reading the map (20226) when the popup on the phone asks if i want to connect to the cable and it all goes tits up. Tuneecu doesn't seem to have 20226 in the Android library, so I can't mod that and upload either. Tried on a laptop with an old version of Tuneecu but the ECU isn't connecting for some reason. Meh.

Have you tried using a tablet? I use a Samsung Galaxy for TuneECU and it works pretty flawlessly with either Bluetooth or chip cable on the older bikes. I had to get a USB to USB-C adapter to plug into the tablet the cable but that was an easy find on Amazon. I've reprogrammed my T-Bird Storm and son-in-law's 2010 Speed Triple using an old Tuneboy cable mated to my tablet. You might also have something going on in your settings on the phone that times out the device that can be reset. The problem is most likely in your phone. Your laptop even tho it maybe a Windows OS can have interface problems.
