Truck lite leds

We had a few cases a number of years back where having both headlights blown caused the bike to not run. ....

Sorry, can't happen ............ again, if fuse blown, different story.

That sucks big time @Cherokee.Out of curiosity, did the bike start without the headlight? With OEM wiring, and both headlights out on the twin light models, the engine won't run.

To install Truck Lite driving lights on the R3 Touring i had to cut off the connectors that came with the lights (mine came with HD compatible connectors) and solder on like sized spade connectors that matched those on the bike's stock wiring harness. I greased the connections with dielectric and put everything back together. Used them all year, so far no problems, have rode in some heavy rain. The LED driving lights put the stock lights to shame.

Thanks for this info. I used the kuriakun adapters yesterday and can't get the trim rings flush because the adapters are pretty large. I'll just bypass them now and replace the connectors on the black and white existing light wires
