Trouble connecting....

Hi,
I downloaded the Tuneecu, I have the cable, and the driver installed.... But it is not connecting to the bike. I have tried multiple ways, (auto connect, without auto connect) everything in the ECU menu is gray. It won't let me connect, read map, etc. The cable has the blue light on. Anyone???
disconnet the gipro if you have it on. I heard this could be the problem .. I also have that situation where the cable won't talk to the ECU I also have the gipro but the cable right now is under the seat of the new ride sunday I will try again

I could NOT get my Samsung S5 android to work with Tune ECU, so I used my lap top to download.
I used a female to female coupler between the cell phone cord and the OBD2 cord.
How have you all connected up?

I had a similar setup - Jardines and triple k&n's. Hanso sent me the blasted bones tune which worked pretty well. However, I got a PCIII and dyno tune which was better.

O.K., so here's the deal. I went out and bought a Galaxy Tab A, and now everything works. However it was $179. It is what it is. I'm including a screenshot so everybody could see what software version etc.

it is.
I'm getting all of my tins painted right now, so after I get everything completed, maybe we can link up and do a ride or something like that. I live in Fullerton Send me a PM with your contact information. Us captains gotta stick together.
So.... I got all of my tins back on, everything is re-assembled, and now the **** tablet won't connect to the ECU. Attached is a screenshot of what the screen looks like when I disconnect. Check out the bottom right-hand corner it says 14.5 vollts I think.... With that be an issue for the program to not connect to the EC you? I do have the battery tender plugged in. This sh!t is driving me crazy.

So it connected before but not now? How does your map RPM go up to 12000? Without connecting to the bike, load the tune you plan to download. I'm sure you've done this before. Then the next time you open the program, that map will load. Then connect the cable, turn on the ignition and then the program. Or open the program (with map displayed) with the cable connected, then turn on the ignition.

Looks like the first time you open tune ecu. I would open a map first perhaps the one you want to install in the bike. The close Tune ECU down hook her up to the bike and open. After that it depends on whether you want to copy the original map or just install.
