I just came aross that thing on youtube, my f'ing god, what a piece of nice! I already posted on the other forum asking about it, from the video comments it looks to have Polish origins? Any more info on it anywhere?

The Palatina Rocket has been featured on and off on this site ever since I joined it. Nothing extraordinary apart from costly carbon bits and pieces galore (I had foolishly ordered a few carbon fiber guards from Palatina, until I realized that a) the cost was horrendous and b) Palatina was just a go-between), rear sets, under-the-seat pipes and extra-cost, mostly ugly, custom paint jobs.

Nothing to ride home about.

Alien eventually managed to survive the spaceship nuke explosion and to reappear as a Rocket?! Is that it?

Not unscathed, though. The more I look at the above pic of Alien trying to impersonate a bike, the more its paint job looks menacingly reptilian, the more the l/h side, triple, atomic tumour (although copiously bandaged) seems to expand towards the parking lot and the more the two each radiators and cans seem to be on the verge of spraying out their lethal fluid. Ah... the shiny Triumph sidestand, the only bit that looks kosher, you may object? IMO it's just a vestigial fang. Others are going to protrude. Soon.

That 'Alien' thing not only loos uncomfortable; it leaves me asking why? if it makes the sort of power it looks like, how the hell could you use it? And where?

ps Just noticed a couple of old posts in this thread that I must have missed at the time. Last October was difficult for me. My grandmother had died followed by my best mate and uncle so on the cheap shot scale they score pretty well. Undisputed.
